T&T or H-Mart?

I have been to T&T before in Ontario and loved it. Edmonton also has an H-mart which I have never been. Do you recommend one over the other? I am looking for variety of vegetarian frozen and dry items as well as bakery choices and ready-made food.

As for T&T - which is the better location?
