Help! I want to stop being a picky eater.

Hi everyone, I'm 19 and I'm starting to become embarrassed by my eating habits now that I'm an ""adult"" and I'm expected to eat more than chicken fingers and french fries all the time. But I have a sensitive stomach and strong smelling foods give me really bad stomach aches so it's hard to try new vegetables that have strange tastes. I was wondering if anyone had any advice for me!

Here's a quick summary of some of the things I eat that aren't so bad: Bananas, Apples, Grapes, Smoothies (usually with bananas, apples, a frozen acai pack, and apple juice), Oatmeal, Lean chicken and turkey, pasta with tomato sauce, pizza (i make it myself with a storebought crust instead of getting take out and just add sauce and cheese), Carrots once a month lol

Now on to the other things: I eat fast food once a week usually which has gotten better from 3x a week, I eat a ton of bread, packaged chips, lots of cheese, Deep fried foods like chicken fingers, French fries, Burgers, etc.
