Collateral release

Hello, I have done all the steps to apply for a collateral release. I have a person I am talking to about everything and have answered all of her questions and even gave her a copy of the asset purchase agreement. We started this in September and we are still not released yet. My buyers are getting worried that it won't go through. Has anyone experienced this? I have talked to the loan officer 18 times in the last week and she assured me that everything looks good and it is submitted.

Our problem is we are still open and cannot dissolve our company until we get this release of collateral. We are financially suffering so bad we can't continue, wondering if anything would happen if we just dissolve the company and sell the assets without the release
