60A fuse for the battery

So in my EF the 60 amp fuse that is for the battery is missing a screw and a previous owner has replaced it with tinfoil... It will cause my car to have no power and also sometimes it will start up but the battery light will be on. Is the battery light also because of this fuse not working or do I now have two problems I need to solve?
