Brago/Roon Blink Commander Deckhelp

I am looking to buy a blink commander deck. I have assembled two decks, Brago and Roon.

If you have any suggestions on the decks feel free to comment on them. The decks are built under a budget so please don't suggest any really expensive cards. (I already have some of the pieces in my collection like Thassa, and Venser)

I am also having trouble deciding which commander to play so any insight on which deck might be more powerful and which one is more fun (in your opinion) let me know.
