With Aetherdrift coming out soon, who are your vehicle commanders, and what are you hoping to get from a vehicle set?

Aetherdrift story starts in two weeks, and while I was originally dubious, I'm not gonna lie, the Planeswalker's Guide totally got me on board. As much as I'm worried about another silly hats set (and if Duskmourne's story versus Duskmourne's cards are any indication, this probably is that), hearing about the various death race teams from various planes got me really in the mood for vehicles.

So, being the list connoisseur that I am, I went ahead and figured out who the most popular existing Vehicle Commanders are, to help figure out if there was a deck there that I wanted to build. That got me to [[Megatron, Tyrant]], a deck that would be all about plopping down huge vehicles with splashy ETBs and attack triggers, then throwing them at people's creatures/faces.

Now I feel like I've blowing my brew too early, though... With Aetherdrift coming out next month, is it a smart idea to start building a vehicle deck now, or should I wait until the huge influx? Is Megatron where I want to be, or should I wait to see the new crop of vehicle commanders that will start trickling out in 3 weeks?

I dunno. So... where are you at, Vehicle fans? Are you more nervous about what's going to happen to your decks, or looking forward to it? Would you welcome a new commander, or be bitter that it would unseat your old one?
