Rural Appalachian Truck Carry---whatcha got?

Looking to grow my truck load out. It's not a BoB, it's just "stuff I always wanna have." Each family member has a BoB that lives in the garage. There's 5 of us, we have a farm, we live in the middle of nowhere but we travel often to bigish cities like Pittsburgh and DC. Not JUST looking for emergency prep, but also things to make life easier, safer, more convenient, or useful for helping folks who may be stranded. I am not now but was once a wilderness EMT.

Nothing that goes bang.

Already have the obvious stuff: FAK, legal pharmacy, cutty stuff, fire stuff, water stuff, power inverter, tire patch kit, inflator, duct tape, electrical tape, zip ties, calories, money, battery backup, jumper cables/jump pack, garbage bags, emergency blankets, cordage, tarp, fire extinguisher. M18 impact and lug sockets stay in there all the time. Multi-bit screwdriver and multitool.

Right now no torch stays in because of batteries, I should evaluate that, would love a suggestion. I should probably toss in my bigger baofeng.
