Any good campaign suggestions?

Hello fellow DMs, forever DM here and I recently decided to start playing again. I haven't been informed about the latest releases since 2021 and I was wondering if 1) There are any new published Campaigns that you consider good 2) If, as a DM, I should look at the latest " official patches" as to implementing improvement.
