Wader Storage

Went with a group to Arkansas last week and had a heck of a time, smacked the geese more than the ducks but still a great 3 day hunt.

Convo came up about wader storage and they guys claim you should alway hang waders, boot up, for storage. I can easily see this for neoprene but I have High N Dry breathables and not much wall space to hang them year round. Am I setting myself up for failure keeping them in a wader bag once I have them clean and dry?
