Best moments of perseverance so far?

I swung by my parents house at the end of the day and noticed they had a wine club shipment on their porch so i brought it in for them. My dad got all excited and unpacked it in front of me while telling me stories about how they met the winery owners and so on. He decides to open the best bottle and gets out 3 glasses, looks at me and says “tasting isn’t drinking right?” I just shook my head and informed him that Dry January is a commitment I take seriously.
