Tryptophan induced sleep paralysis ?
So I've been experienced sleep paralysis yesterday for the first time, damn it was frightening .. The thing is I've been using tryptophan for about a month now for when I know I won't be able to fall asleep fast . Usually the effects are a slight drowsyness and some really weird thought flowing, like you aren't the source of your thoughts anymore but you are watching the movie of your thoughts, and that usually leads to absurd combinaison of people, sounds or places . Plus the dreams I experienced were always really really vivid and intense, but never had nightmare material tho . Right after snapping out of the paralysis(once the two guys left), I had this same unusual thought flowing but this time 10 times harder, like a freaking hallucination every time I closed my eyes . Luckily I managed to fall back asleep later . What I don't understand is that tryptophan is just a amino acid naturally present in the body and it's not supposed to be this powerful . I think I'll stop the use for some time Don't know if this is the right place but I wanted to share this with you guys
