What happened to the huffing sub?

All of the inhalant/huffing subs have disappeared and I'm just wondering if something in particular happened?

Was there an incident or was it just taken down for no reason?

I’m curious to know the reason behind it. Was it due to a specific policy violation or something else? I couldn't find much information about it.
