Thoughts on Timeless by Alexandra_Emerson and Water by kissherdraco?

Hi! These two are on my top reads list, and I was wondering what are your thoughts about the two books? (though Water by kissherdraco is just missing an epilogue, as far as I know)

Specifically for both, if it's too angsty for your liking? How about their characterizations? Thanks! :)
