SSJ4 felt more powerful than SSJB ?

I wanted to see what you guys thought ? I thought that SSJ4 looked more powerful and intense than blue due to the presentation. Goku was relentless during fight, no talking just hands, powering up, and big ki beams. If this is the new cannon going forward SSJ4 should be the ultimate form.
