issue with sign up

Hi so I just opened my draftkings account yesterday and I got the bonus bet from that bonus bet I won like 800$. But, Today when I tried to log back to my account they keep showing me this. So I mailed them and they told me upload SCID. so, I did its been about 5 hours my account is still locked. Does it usually take this long to open up?
