docs taking ages to ship

Hi, this might be a silly question but when I ordered my docs about a week ago now, I was told they’d be delivered within 2-3 days but currently they still haven’t been shipped. Is this a normal thing to happen around this time of year or should I contact someone to ask where my order is? I’m happy for it to take around 2 weeks to be delivered but I was excited for them to arrive 😅
