Advice please. My girl has an anal wound and she won't stop crying, how do i help her with the pain?

Please help, i'm desperate. Like the title mentions, she has a wound nera the anus and simce last night she won't stop crying. She has neuro stage distemper and is partially paralized, but she was doing fine before yesterday. The wound appeared last week on saturday, but up until the day before yesterday, we had managed it fine. But it started supurating, it's not deep, but it's painfull and i don't know how to stop the pain. The stress from the pain already caused her a convultion, and she just won't stop crying. My vet doesn't answer me, and she's already on diazepam and antibioyic cream, but it doesn't seem to help. To make things worse, she also has digestive issues at the moment, and the stomach pain is adding onto it. Are there home made things or other resources i could use to help her? Please help, i'm desperate.

UPDATE EDIT: Thank you so much to everyone who commented, and answered. She has seen the ER vet in my area. They told me thet can't tell yet because it's superficial, more like a scratch, but are 99% sure it's an anal gland abcess worsened by the lack of motion, and irritated. Thank you so much to everyone who commented. She's back home rn, sleeping, NOT in pain (FINALLY) and finally resting properly. She'll need constant drainage, pain meds for the next three days, and gentamicine cream. But, she's stable. Thank you to everyone who offered advice. I definitely underrated the danger, and the lack of attention from our, now, ex-veterinarian. Thank you for helping me realize that this isn't something i can trust to handle with a vet that treats me as paranoid. And, to clarify, i didn't get to give her the epsom salt bath, the ER vet told me that right now, i should do it post draining to help calm the pain, but not for long and not as a way to soothe the pain after she's already crying. As for the wound, it's not deep at all, it seems superficial, right above the right anal gland but not quite piercing it. And it seems to be from having her tail tucked in and not moving her legs much due to her partial paralysis.

Last Update, for anyone who cares.

My girl Layla had to be let to rest today. The pain complicated her seizures, and caused a mayor neurologic degeneration for her during the night. It wasn't physical pain anymore, just never ending seizures. Thank you to those who cared.
