Does anybody else get uncomfortable when your friends or crush show you affection

I wish my friends showed me affection but when I get that affection I feel uncomfortable

same with my crushes, I get uncomfortable when they like me back. Is this normal? I just really need someone to explain what I’m feeling because it’s always bothered me
