BUYERS BEWARE-2024 TRAILMASTER LX PRO 300

So I went to orginally try and purchase a TM38 early December late November before the new year, to have something cheap for trail riding since I'm getting out of sports bikes after the loss of my brother. I was told they didn't carry the model anymore, but instead had the LX300PRO liquid-cooled, fuel injected dirt bike. Long story short multiple sales reps kept pushing me to purchase the bike telling me all these spectacular words like "reliable, and cheap", needless to say I walked out of there with no down payment and below msrp, out the door. It was brand new off the floor 0 hours, I got to test drive it, it worked fine. I brought it home took it for a little spin around the block it worked fine. Come Christmas week I take it out on a trail it's got 0.4 hours on the clock. It's starts to bog on me at the begining of the trail at like 0.6 hours, like it's starving of fuel then it cuts out and I can't get it to turn over, I can't hear the fuel pump engage but instead it starts clicking and flickering the lights so I call it quits and take it back home with a walk of shame back to the truck...(I know embarrassing in front of all the boys too)..anyways I strip the bike down, to start tracing the electrical issue found a blown fuse replaced it and still nothing. Checked the fuel pump, fuel pump filter...and nothing replace the battery with a good new one I start hearing the pump engage but still no crank. Checked the starter solenoid and even bridged it still no crank. Pulled the starter yesterday to test its good to go. But still no crank..so now I have a brand new bike stripped down with 0.9hours(from trying to crank it on), on the clock NOT WORKING...the sales folks said if I bring it back to return then it'll be a 30% restock FEE..but they were willing to take a look at the bike to resolve the issue...at this point I'm willing to just give them back the bike..I cannot trust it. Sorry for the long rant I just don't want other folks to have to deal with this.
