Savings and Digital Bank as a Student

Hello, I am currently a student. Can anyone recommend a digital bank/e-wallet that I can use for my savings? My criteria are 1) high interest, 2) safe, 3) good interface, and 4) less yung transfer fee to gcash or other banks.

Feel free to include the pros and cons! Additionally, would love to hear any advices too when it comes to savings.
