Are there any commission-based digital marketing services?

Hello! I have a product & site all ready to go, but the hard part is getting the word out there. I don't have any marketing services currently, and many cost around $5000+ a month, which I can't afford.

Are there any marketing services like affiliate marketing or something where I pay them a commission?
