Dental Office Marketing Tips

I work at a dental office and I've been tasked with getting more patients which also translates to improving our online presence. We currently use an SEO company for the last 6 months but haven't seen any type of improvement. We are not showing up in GBP or any keywords despite the company doing "everything they can". I understand that SEO is a long game and takes time, but for the amount we are spending I feel like we could allocate it to something more fruitful.

What are some marketing things we can do to get patients?

We tried hiring a marketing intern a few months ago but soon found out a few weeks in that they were not qualified. I personally have tried doing some marketing myself but I realized I'm not that great either.

Do you know where I can recruit someone to film some content? I found a company and they wanted a minimum $2500 per month for filming once every 4 months and editing. I know there are video editors on fiverr but I need help with the filming mostly. Any suggestions are great.
