Why does Diana keep getting less popular?

So I’m just confused on why her play rate just keeps dropping nearly by the day.

For example worldwide over every rank, she is the 24th most played midlane and 23rd most played jungler.

From what I’ve experienced with her kit, it seems fairly solid, a shield, refreshable dash and fun skill shot with a powerful ult. Is it just that she has a lot of counters in lane?
