When will the "Sub Machinist" Triumph/Medal finally get fixed?

Bruh its been and endless issue for a long time now, i'm still missing deadeye seal because of it. How hard can it be to get it fixed? Anyone have the same issue? Cant get it to drop at all, the amout of kills i get in a life wether it be rapid or not doesnt matter. :(
