Is the jaw thing just cope?

I’ve watched D man on YouTube since like trumps first term and I remember he did have a slight lisp back then. So now I see everyone focus in on the mouth moving back and forth and I’ve never noticed this at all. So I recently watched some videos trying to look out for it and I can barely notice it. I guess I’m biased but did any of you notice it before people started pointing it out? I mean 90% of his content his face in less than 10% of the screen. Also funny pretty funny how people that are homophobic are so concerned about how his face looks.
