Why do people say that Susan cheated on Mike?

Like bffr he was literally 7 months into coma and doctors were not giving him any chances so she was allowed to move on but also to cheat on somebody u have to be with them and she was not with him prior to coma(they were broken up and Mike planned to reconcile by proposing to her)
