Aghori by EM5 & afgano

I recently purchased both Aghori (a pvt blend by Em5) and afgano by em5 - a clone of black afgano by nassomato. Using both of them as winter scents.

First aghori - kudos to em5 for making an experimental high quality pvt blend, honestly. Its animalic - smells of ash(cigarette ash and oud). Its got a deep sexy manly smell. Just 2 sprays to the wrist and youre good. Do not over spray this as it can and will choke you out, will also be too overbearing for anyone near you.

Pros - lasts on clothes and even skin forever (easily 8hrs on clothes), it will also project like a beast, i also got a compliment from a lady friend who really liked the scent.

Cons - Its a bit too oily, the initial spray until it drys down will have the oil concentration really shine - it’s noticeable until dry down (which takes approx 30-45 mins), strictly a winter scent and cannot be used in sweaty summers- as it will be too over bearing, you have to be out in the open to enjoy the projection to the max, not a scent for closed spaces. I also dont like the use of jasmine in this scent (but thats personal preference)

Overall rating and tip: overall a great attempt by EM5 and would definitely indulge and even recommend getting this if you’re looking for a v manly winter scent. 7.5-8/10

Now bonus: afgano by em5 clone of black afgano nasamotto.

Pros: smells very nice, able to mimic the scent to a great degree, it also compliments the aghori in a manner where two sprays of aghori to the wrist can be layered with afgano to the neck and body and similar tones of earthiness - hemp and oud (used in both) means that the two scents are symbiotic and can work well together

Cons: EM5 being em5 - you will have to re spray in about 4-5 hours and max projection you can get is about 30 mins. This is a scent I keep in my car so that I can quickly re spray and move on.

Overall: not a bad scent for the winters but EM5 needs to fix some inherent issues which I personally believe theyve been able to solve with their private blend (aghori) but not with their clones - and thats of projection and how long their scents last.
