Anyone know what’s up with my fingers?

I got my nails done last week, woken up the next t morning with super inflamed cuticles which left my fingers itchy for a few days. A couple days ago, clear bumps appeared under my fingertips. Woke up this morning to them turning red. Anyone know what is going on??
