What other sims do you all play?

I noticed that my gaming habits changed a lot as I got older, and for the past few years I've really gotten into 'sims', which in my case really means Euro and American Truck Simulator (with some Elite and X4 mixed in). But they're nowhere near as deep and rewarding as DV, so I'm looking for some more recommendations from you who also enjoy DV and appreciate minute to minute gameplay and depth. I'd prefer to stick to kbm or wheel/controller schemes since I don't have any joysticks readily available. I've been looking at naval warfare games like Cold Waters but the campaign seems to be a mixed bag.
