Just looking for opinion

I ordered this phone case which as you can see states in the caption it’s in “great condition”. It arrived with a large chunk taken out of one of the corners, a small chip on the side (which I saw in the photos), and a scratch on the back (which doesn’t show up on camera). I opened a dispute with the seller through PayPal as I felt that the condition it arrived in didn’t really match the “great condition” that the listing said. I’m well aware that the depop condition they used is “good condition” but as the seller said in their response to me, good condition in depop’s definition is “minor flaws or signs of wear to be noted in the caption or photos”. I feel that a large chunk taken out of the corner is more than a minor flaw and it was not stated in the caption or shown in the listing besides in one photo which I have circled and as you can see it is barely visible shich is probably why I didn’t notice it. I know it is on me for not noticing and not looking at the photos closely enough but I still feel like the seller should have provided a close up photo or at least mentioned it in the caption? What do you guys think?
