Random FPS drops?

I have only been able to play 2 matches of the season because of the insane FPS drops.

PC specs:

Gpu: amd radeon 7800 xt

Cpu: amd ryzen 7 5800x

Ram: 32gb ddr4 3600mhz cl16

SSD: 1Tb gen4 with speeds of 6000/5000MB/S

Psu: 750w

Monitor: 1440p 170hz (27 inch) + 1080p 60hz (24 inch)

Wifi: download: 1000mbps, upload: 1500mbps, Ping: 9-11

So there is not issue with my PC that i know about and its not bad in some way. I play on Ultra settings and my Gpu uses about 50-60% and gets about 50-60°c when i have Discord, Webbrowser and some small "essential" apps open and that without any other apps open i get about 50% and 50°c on my gpu and 20-30% on my Cpu and even if i turn down the settings to High, Medium or low i still get the same % on my Gpu and Cpu and still get FPS drops and maybe more drops it feels like, also ofc i run the game on my SSD.

I have tested things like taking down the settings, closing apps, turning off my 2nd monitor, used a program that minimises the ram usage on some apps, turn off any devices in my home that might use a lot of my wifi or power and i still get FPS drops whatever i do.

Does any one know what is happening, because this was a non issue in season 1 (Genesis)?
