Who's your favourite character? And why is it Quark?

Seriously he's the character that's kept me watching throughout my first ever watch through, maybe Dax second. Quark has the most compelling story that every episode he's in I have to watch without distraction. And Nog is close by him, something about the Ferenghi and those actors is just so good.
