Debt Consolidation Loans

Does anyone have any suggestions and positive experiences with lenders? Credit score is decent 680+ have about 60k total debt. 30k personal loan and a 30k CC. Looking to consolidate and get rid of credit cards. I was unemployed, had a new born and racked up a lot of debt. I did get a decent job with a decent salary (60k)

Side note: no, I do not want to stop paying my debt to have it negotiated. Seems super weird to stop paying
