Rate and Review

For rate and review type of tasks, I often write my reviews in my personal note first so I can have it side by side with the submission to write my reviews faster. After I have finished tweaking it, I’ll paste it into the reviews box. Does this by any chance violate the platform? Will I get flagged for pasting like this?
