Nothing after welcome and approved first project

So I got accepted in the bilingual data annotation. I got the first project which I believe is some kind of second round of exam. I finished a week and a half ago and got the payment for it approved and everything.

Now I just have the "Welcome" project, no qualifications, nothing. I never even got any qualifications haha.

Am I done? I thought the payment getting approved meant that I had done the project alright. I felt they were pretty nice prompts tbh.
