Best class for all around experience?

Im planning to buy this game, since i have beaten ER countless times, then i bought ds3 and i loved it, then i finished ds1 two days ago. i cant play bloodborne and demon souls bc emulation seems too difficult for me. so next up will be ds2. im not asking if i should play it or not, as thats pretty dumb to do in the fan subreddit, everyone would just say yes. so what my question is: whats the class that lets me experience evry aspect of the game early on? including magic, dex, strenght, miracles, status effects, everything so i can choose a playstyle.
