There is no such thing as Onryo in the series right?

Onryo are vengeful spirits in Japanese folklore who brutally murders, torments and haunts those that wronged them and hostile to any living human who are near the place they haunt. Yokai is stated to be Evil Spirit but I feel is strange that none of them including Evil Eye are Onryo.

Acrobatic Silky did not go after the criminals who kidnapped her daughter to murder or haunt them or at least tormenting their loves on in retaliation. Evil Eye can be considered as Onryo and yet he did not murder the entire Kino family or at least making them sacrifice themselves to the snake.
