Weird armpit lumps?

About a month ago we changed food temporarily because our TSC was out of her food she got a rash under her arms and we ordered her old food and they’ve gotten a lot less irritated but haven’t gone away. She has gotten a little chunky (already on a diet and walk schedule) so I wonder if friction is keeping them there
