DQB2 Item Question

Am I literally insane. Need help please.

Currently playing DQB2 and I wanted to make some braziers but the only ones I can make are golden. I just got done beating Khrumbul Dun chapter, I swear I made regular braziers before. But I look at my items in builderpedia and the following items say "can be made with : ?" :

Candlestick Candle Brazier

But I was pretty sure you could unlock these items automatically as you progress through the game? Someone please help guide in the right direction lol
