Before and after transfer tips ivf

Hi all will start my last ER soon then icsi depending if we have blasts - 34 f DOR male 37 zero motility. What tips can you give me for before and after transfer? Habits, what type of exercise ?(i walk 7 km every day, can i continue in the 2 ww?) what to eat did you do the french fries and did it work? Thanks all
