Can I put storage units inside this kitchen cupboard myself?

As you can see, the inside of this cupboard is a disastrous mess that leaves me in a rage every time I access things in it. Would love to put half carousels in both shelves but don't know if it's possible, if there's any better options, or how the scooby doo to go about it!!

Any advice would be appreciated!!
