Noticed these cracks. Hoping they're not serious.

Just noticed these cracks.When we got the place the survey said the lintel should be investigated. The sellers had some builders come look and they pointed out that most of the lintles on the adjacent properties were the same and sonit was likely just a manufacturing defect.

I don't know if these cracks would be related to that? The photos show basically the same area inside and out.

Who do you speak to about investigating this if it's a potentially serious issue?
