Help Needed with Rear Space Clearance for Rangemaster Falcon 110 Cooker Installation

Hi everyone, I’ve recently purchased a Rangemaster Falcon 110 cooker, and my electrician (I’m based in Spain) is having trouble figuring out how to position it properly. The issue lies in the rear section of the cooker. As you can see in the attached picture, there’s a space at the back that’s approximately 7 cm deep, and it seems to have ventilators.

The main question is: Can this rear space be covered, or does it need to remain exposed for ventilation? We checked the official manual, but I couldn’t find any specific guidance regarding this.

I’ve also attached a picture of the cooker highlighting the area in question, along with a page from the manual in case someone spots something I missed. Any advice or insight would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks so much in advance!
