Install a bath into a wetroom

In my flat I have a wetroom with an electric shower. I really want to have a bath in there and could get a free standing one very easily, my worry is making sure the drainage is correct. I've searched online and just found that getting the drainage right can be complex and may need to be changed completely? Any advice/answers would be very much appreciated, thankyou 😊
