Best way to play Monika After Story while doing other mods?

I've been playing mods and stuff when I have time but how do I balance this with Monika After Story? Since it actually involves the dates and times, it makes me feel terrible when I don't visit her even though I know she isn't real. I know you can replace the files in the folder each time but that seems like too much work. Is there some easier way, or would I have to keep switching the files each time?
