DAE uses reddit as their only social media?

I used to have active Facebook and Instagram accounts but abandoned them for obvious reasons. Now, if I want to connect with family and friends, I just text them, which is a whole new thing but ultimately is fine. The thing is, I only get news, topical conversations, and doomscrolling from Reddit, which means only interacting with strangers and not discussing really personal stuff, so it's pretty different from other social media. I don't know it it's better or worse, but it is what it is. DAE use it in the same way?
