Deposit pending

Looking for advice. About 16hrs ago I sent some terra 2 from terra station to crypto.com and received a "deposit recieved" email.

Since then it's just said pending and is not availible. I asked customer support and they say I need to click the "pop up" where I can put the name and location of the sender. This is not showing anywhere....

What should I do?
