Kraken is not unlocking my account. I am desperate!

On late May i was forced to cash out some of my ether due to emergency needs. When Kraken sent me the verification email i missclicked on the "lock account" link due to touch screen failure. I mailed them immediately to unlock it providing all details possible. Since then i have no access to my money and now i need them the most.

edit: apparently kraken support reads this sub. Ticket is resolved after 7 weeks. thank you reddit
