Sign of interest he’s weird

Is this a sign to tell if he likes me as more than a friend

When it comes to dating and talking about who he likes or even my own personal interests-me sharing who I like and into dating he is uncomfortable discussing his own but also seems annoyed and dislikes when I discuss my interests too. He even seemed uncomfortable and disliked when I casually mentioned the random thought I had of dating his older brother. So basically this topic is a no go/ off limits with/for him. So I started to think maybe he acts and is this way because he is into me but doesn’t want me to know. Does this sound like a possibility?! I’ve never claimed for him to be anything more than a friend
