I need advice.

So, I have a crush on my best friend's sister and, she's genuinely just perfect, she likes art, computing, music like system of a down, etc, and is just so chill. She's so pretty aswell and has such a calm voice... There's 2 main things I'm concerned about: - How would my friend react? would it cause any problems? he's a pretty understanding person at times but I don't know -I'm 14, and she's 16, I wouldn't mind maybe waiting a couple of years before doing anything, but yeah.

I've never been SO attracted to someone before, all the other girls around my age are just loud annoying egotistical people. Not to mention, I have pretty bad social anxiety.. but I am working on it
